Improvisation course - Team building
- Learn the art of daring, learn the art of creation...
Everyone has no doubt at some stage had the feeling of not having total control of a situation. Perhaps this was because unanticipated things happened or maybe it was simply because you were not well enough prepared. Malangen Brygger can now offer a course in improvisation so you will become better at tackling these situations when they arise and improve your self confidence too. You can also learn how to consciously release control, and in doing so create the basis for new solutions which you certainly would not have come up with alone.
Group dynamics is an important factor in improvisation. Being able to co-operate towards a common goal, read each other and trust each other are essential factors in a good working environment. Team spirit, loyalty and co-operation can all be strengthened by a course in improvisation. In most companies you will encounter situations where you will have to present yourself or your work. Improvisation training will teach you to become more confident with presentation techniques, regardless of the group size.
All this occurs within a framework of play and informality. Funny situations will often occur naturally when you allow the unexpected to occur rather than the planned. This course can be tailored to suit the individual company′s requirements. The course duration can vary from a few hours to several days. This is the ideal course for anyone looking to improve the team spirit and have fun in the work place!
