If you are driving from Tromsø or Tromsø′s Langnes Airport, you may follow one of these directions:

Alternative 1 (ca 70 km):  

Drive across the bridge to Kvaløya (turn right when you leave the airport), then turn left and follow the shoreline to the roundabout/tunnell entrance. Drive in the direction of "Storsteinnes"/true the tunnel

When you get true the tunnel, take to the left. You now have abourt 38 km before you arrive at Malangen Brygger. Follow the scenic road to Mortenhals then towards Meistervik. The route is well signposted. Malangen Brygger is situated on the water′s edge, and there is a "Malangen Brygger" sign on the roadside. 

Alternative 2 (ca 111km) also applies if you are driving from the north via Nordkjosbotn:  

Drive to Nordkjosbotn (turn left when leaving Tromsø Airport and drive via Tromsø city) and take the E8 highway southwards. Around 12 km south of Nordkjosbotn, you will reach the Tømmerelv intersection with an Esso petrol station, which is a log cabin. Turn right here and drive towards Storsteinnes. When you reach Storsteinnes, turn right at the first intersection. At this stage an electronics shop will be on your left and a bank on your right. The road is signposted to Meistervik. About 5 km from Storsteinnes, the main road swings to the left.

The road continues to Meistervik. Continue straight ahead at the intersection towards Mortenhals. From here, it is around 10 km to Skutvik/Malangen Brygger. The resort is located on the water′s edge.

If you are driving from the south via Målselv (or from Snowman International Airport Bardufoss), you may follow one of these directions:

Alternative 1 (ca 90 km from the airport) via Storsteinnes

If you are driving from Snowman International Airport Bardufoss, turn left onto route 858. After 2km you will come to a roundabout where you should keep right. After a short distance, you will come to another roundabout where you should also keep right so that you get onto the main E6 highway. For those driving northwards, simply continue straight ahead.

Continue on the E6 in the direction of Tromsø for 47 km until you reach the Tømmerelv intersection. There is an Esso petrol station here, which is a log cabin. Turn left here and drive towards Storsteinnes. When you reach Storsteinnes, turn right at the first intersection. At this stage an electronics shop will be on your left and a bank on your right. The road is sign-posted to Meistervik. Follow the fjord further on.

About 5 km from Storsteinnes, the main road swings to the left and continues to Meistervik. Here you leave the fjord, take to the left and continue straight ahead at the intersection towards Mortenhals. From here, it is around 10 km to Skutvik/Malangen Brygger. The resort is located on the water′s edge.

Alternative 2 (ca 74 km from the airport) via Olsborg and South Malangen

If you are driving from Snowman International Airport Bardufoss, turn left onto route 858. After 2km you will come to a roundabout where you should keep right. After a short distance you will come to another roundabout where you should also keep right so that you get onto the main E6 highway. For those driving northwards, simply continue straight ahead.

Continue on the E6 in the direction of Tromsø for around 12 km, then turn left onto route 854, which is sign-posted Olsborg. Continue straight ahead past Olsborg. After around 5 km, you will come to another intersection where you turn right in the direction of Meistervik and follow the Malangen Fjord for a further 35 km.

When you reach the Aursfjord intersection, turn left onto route 858 and continue in the direction of Meistervik. Follow the fjord 16 km past the settlement of Meistervik. After a while, you will be able to see Malangen Brygger on the water′s edge.
